The word worship comes from the old English word "worthship." Worship is declaring by word and deed that God is worthy of our absolute love, total devotion, and complete obedience in every aspect of life.At Dundas Baptist Church, we recognize that the opportunities for worship are endless.
Our main congregational worship gathering in held each Sunday morning at 10:30 a.m. Our typical service includes times for music, prayer, Scripture, and a preached message. Each month we celebrate the ordinance of Communion, where we remember, as a community, the last meal shared by Jesus and his disciples in the days before his death and resurrection. At various points throughout the year, our services may have different elements. On baptism Sunday's we celebrate the dedication of our people as demonstrated in the waters of baptism. On mission Sunday's we proclaim our call to serve the world around us, locally and globally. On children's Sunday's we celebrate the children who are part of our church, and recognize the vital role they play in our collective ministry. There are many other special Sunday's throughout our year.
Join us as we worship the Lord together.
