Where can God use your talents? In each of these ministries there is always room for whatever talents you have to be used for God’s Kingdom.

Dundas Baptist Church is a multigenerational church. We meet each Sunday morning at 10:30 am and have both contemporary and traditional music during our service. Our typical service includes time for music, prayer, Scripture and a preached message.

During each worship service childcare is provided for infants, toddlers and preschoolers. They are afforded the chance to play and the worker will deliver an age appropriate Bible lesson.

Youth Church

A youth church programme for youth grades 1 to 12 is available on Sunday mornings during our worship service. The youth are invited to participate in all ages worship during the first half of the morning service, after which they are invited to join the classes. Our dedicated, enthusiastic teachers provide a Bible based programme in a fun and interactive environment.

Throughout the year, adults have an opportunity to take part in various topic specific study groups on Sunday mornings from 9:30 to 10:15 am.

Dundas Baptist Church uses many technological tools to enhance our worship experience and programs. If you have skills in these areas (or would be interested in being trained) there is certainly room for on the different media/tech teams.

Mid-Week Youth

On each Wednesday both our Senior (Gr. 9 to 12) and Junior (Gr. 5 to 8) Youth Groups meet at the church from 7:00 to 8:30. Each group has its own age appropriate program designed to help the young people gain a deeper understanding of how valuable and incredible they are, through fun, games, growth in their faith, and snacks that are provided each week.

Kids’ Club

Each Monday evening from 6:00 to 7:30 children (JK to Gr. 5) are invited for a fun time of learning about themselves and God through stories, games and crafts. A snack is also provided.

There are plenty of areas for involvement in the music program within Dundas Baptist Church. People are invited to play instruments or sing as part of the praise team. People could help lead the traditional songs we sing each week. Or they could serve as instrumental or vocal guests. Everyone is also invited to join the choirs which provide music at different points throughout the year (usually Easter, Thanksgiving and Christmas).
At Dundas Baptist Church we firmly believe that each person is uniquely gifted by God. There are many opportunities to use the gifts you have within the church and if there isn’t, a place can be created or a program can begin to use your gifts. In short everyone is welcome to be a part of DBC and everyone is invited to use their gifts for God’s Kingdom.
